Massachusetts expands equal-pay-for-equal-work law
Governor Charlie Baker signed into law a measure that mandates equal pay for comparable work. The “comparable” term is important because it makes a significant change to the existing equal pay for equal work by gender law. But there may also be some unplanned advantages to minority workers as well.
